Okay Lets Begin:- 1.)Download 360 Security Lite. And Boost Using it. As It doesnt require Root so Dont take Tension, It will Not Damage your device. But be Careful While operating , Sometimes To clean Any Junk It Can also Delete your Data. It also Has an Antivirus. 2.)Greenify. I know it works with root.But it also Works without root. Battery and Other optimization can Be done through it. 3.)Clean Master. This app will clear your Samsung RAM and Make it Somewhat lag free. It has also Battery calibration. It even Helps to reduce lags by stopping some processes. These were 3 best ways to stop Lag on SM-T211. All credits go to Their developer.

Okay I was first able to play HD videos with hw decoder in mx player.Also I was able to play hd videos in Stock video Player. But now. After playing Same video voice doesnt come and Instead of Hw Decoder it shows sw only and hw not supported. I got Quick 100% Working Authentic Solution :- 1.)Open Settings. 2.)Open Developer Options. 3.)Scroll Down and See. 4.)There is One option named 'Use Awesome Player instead of NuPlayer'. 5.)Surely it will be ticked , That is why you wont be able to play HD videos and HW Decoder. 6.)Untick it. 7.)Now try to play any video. Steps to install apps in SD Card Using Terminal emulator. IMPORTANT NOTE-MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ROOT AND BUSYBOX INSTALLED. I am Not Responsible if You Hard brick or soft brick or do anything to your device. Make sure first that you Have inserted SD Card In Your device. 1.)Open Terminal emulator and Type 'su'.It will ask superuser access give it. 2.)Type ' pm get-install-location. If it says 2 Then its already in your external storage.If it says 1 Means it is Internal and If it Says 0 Then it Means auto, which is system will decide install location. 3.)Now if the Command says 1 or 0 And if you want to change install location to External. Type 4.) Type ' pm set-install-location 2' Now it will change to external location. Done Now at first when you typed  pm get-install-location, Type the result somewhere. In case if you want to revert Back. If you want to revert back 1.)Type 'pm set-install-location 1' Only if you want it in Internal Storage. 2.)
