I was Facing a Very Bad issue on T211.When I kept my tab for Charging,After one hour the screen of my Tab had some Black and white Bordering only some Part and It looked as if it was a Sepia type effect.
But it was A temporary issue, still it left some white spots on my screen.They are not so visible to eyes.If you are on an Black background you can see it.
I remember that I kept another phone on my screen of Tab well both of them were Getting charged.And the part which was got black and white was as if looking like it was the way I kept the phone on my tabs Screen and left the marks.
But dont take tension If something like this has Happened to Your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T211 I Have some working solutions for them.
But if the Possibility comes these solutions may work and also may not work.
Lets get started....
1.)Plug it off , if your device is charging remove from charging, or else it may also permanently damage Your screen.
If your device is wet with water at first Dont charge it.
2.)Sometimes if the screen Is wet, to get evaporated the water may enter the screen and May distort colour of screen.
Nothing will happen, but just dont charge it.
3.) Lie It flat on an Flat surface and Turn on the Fan.Dont use hair dryer it may damage screen due to temperature change.
4.)Dont turn on the screen, Just let it be as it is under fan or sunlight(Make sure Sunlight Must not be in excess).
After 15 to 25 minutes turn On the screen and BOOM.
The black and white Screen must have gone and Become Normal!!
