Since past couple of days, many people have been digging at Xiaomi in Particular for not implementing the Portrait mod on Redmi Note 4.
But its simple to do it manually!
But its simple to do it manually!
Usually,
first we need Root Access On Your Device and then flash all those Camera2API enabler Files and all that stuff.
And many people wont do it, because it will void warranty, risk of bricking the device and many more things!
But here's an Port by an Awesome Developer, which enables Google Camera's All Things!
And with that also comes the Portrait Mod Obviously!
Now the question arises, HOW TO DO IT?
Well its simple and anybody could do it, but before that keep these things in consideration,
1.You Need to enable Unknown Sources Enabled, because there's no Play Store Involved in it and we have to install it manually.
2.There will be certain links to Required files in the end of the post!
3.IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FILES OR GLITCHES CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE WHILE THE WHOLE PROCESS!
Now let's get Started :
Download Google Camera :-
Then Install It as an Regular APK File!
And lastly, open the app and check the compatibility!
IF IT DOESN'T WORK/FORCE CRASHES :
The Developer of the Port of GCam has been able to, tried hard and spent alot of time and work in it and i truely respect that.
If the port is not working for you, you may need to enable Camera2API, but if you dont want to then you'll need to stuck with the Regular Google Camera App which has lens blur as alternative!
Now, this port has worked for several budget devices as well as some of the Flagship Devices!
For eg : This port worked in Redmi Note 3, but not in Redmi note 4, not even that, it didnt even load up the app.
But its fine considering what its providing, its great! And to get it working on Redmi N4 needs Camera2API Enabled, so thats it!
